All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 3 business days depending on how far you are from Arizona.

It is BEST to always choose over night shipping due to melting points of our butters. We do our best to insulate our products with cool packaging to delay the melting process so your products can arrive in perfect conditions. 

If butter do come melted there are instructions in each package to get your butters back to the soft consistency. 
There is an option to whip it yourself or just place it in the refrigerator.

Once items are pulled for processing, Tracking numbers will be sent via email to the email address provided with the purchase.

If you can't find tracking, please check your spam folder.

Orders are processed within 3 -5 business days before shipping.

Business days are Monday-Friday.

Please note, This time may be extended during a sale due to a large volume of orders.

Heavens Butter isn't responsible for any mis-delivered packages, please contact USPS immediately if you haven't received your package and it says "delivered' as this is beyond our control.

Orders with a "delivered" status are not eligible for a refund, we only replace or refund orders that are lost or damaged by the carrier. Which proof must be provided from the carrier.

You have 3 days after delivery to report any damage to receive a replacement, after this time frame we cannot offer this replacement service.

Please make sure your address is correct and updated!

If you live in an apartment you MUST include your apartment number to make sure you receive your order.

We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses.

If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

How to use: Fresh out the shower or bath , lightly pat leaving skin damp. Remove desired amount (a little goes a long way). Rub butter between hands to warm butter. Massage into skin for maximum absorption. Continental use will provide the best results. YASS LORD!
